You may run security assessments only against systems and networks you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are responsible for holding that authorization.
Do not use the Service to conduct unauthorized testing or unlawful activity. Capstone may suspend access for violations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law; assessment results are advisory and do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.
